Stock limited to on hand inventory. Winter in America is the 5th studio album by American Jazz vocalist Gil Scott-Heronand keyboardist Brian Jackson released in 1974. Scott-Heron and Jackson produced the album in a stripped-down fashion, relying on traditional African and R&B sounds. The subject matter deals with the African-American community and inner city in the 1970s. This double LP set includes 4 bonus tracks which have never been released on vinyl. This deluxe package includes an OBI side strip, gatefold album jacket with two pockets and original album art cover, printed inner sleeves, original record labels and specialty color vinyl.
