A Tribe Called Quest - Midnight Marauders
Midnight Marauders is the third studio album by American hip hop group A Tribe Called Quest, released on November 9, 1993. Its production was mainly handled by Q-Tip, with contributions from Skeff Anselm, Large Professor and the group's DJ, Ali Shaheed Muhammad. A culmination of the group's two previous albums, it features an eclectic, gritty sound based on jazz, funk, soul and R&Bsamples, in addition to socially conscious, positively-minded, and humorous lyrics.
Midnight Marauders debuted at number eight on the Billboard 200 and number one on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The first two singles, "Award Tour" and "Electric Relaxation", charted on the Billboard Hot 100, before the release of the final single, "Oh My God". On January 14, 1994, the album was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), with shipments of 500,000 copies in the United States. It was certified platinum by the RIAA nearly a full year later, on January 11, 1995, with shipments of one million copies.
The album received mostly positive reviews from critics, and in the following years, Midnight Marauders has acquired further acclamation from within the hip-hop community for its production, chemistry and influence, with some regarding it as the group's best work, and one of the greatest hip hop albums of all time. Several writers have credited it as a contributor to a "second golden age" of hip hop in the mid-1990s, as well as the pinnacle of the Native Tongues movement.

AC/DC - Back In Black
Back in Black is the seventh studio album by Australian rockband AC/DC. It was released on 25 July 1980 by Albert Productions and Atlantic Records. It is the band's first album to feature vocalist Brian Johnson, following the death of previous vocalist Bon Scott.
The album was composed by Johnson, Angus and Malcolm Young, and recorded over seven weeks in the Bahamas from April to May 1980 with producer Robert John "Mutt" Lange, who had worked on their previous album. Following its completion, the group mixed Back in Black at Electric Lady Studios in New York City. The album's all-black cover was designed as a "sign of mourning" for Scott.
As their sixth international studio release, Back in Black was an unprecedented success. It has sold an estimated 50 million copies worldwide. It is one of the best-selling albums in music history. The band supported the album with a yearlong world tour, cementing them among the most popular music acts of the early 1980s. The album also received positive critical reception during its initial release, and it has since been included on numerous lists of "greatest" albums. Since its original release, the album has been reissued and remastered multiple times, most recently for digital distribution. On 9 December 2019, it was certified 25x Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
AC/DC - High Voltage
2003 remastered vinyl LP reissue of the USA/international version of their 1976 debut studio album. This version is a compilation of tracks from their first two Aussie albums "High Voltage' & T.N.T. with different cover art. The original Aussie edition was released in February 1975. Key tracks include: "T.N.T.", 'She's Got Balls", 'The Jack" & more. Their long time production team of George Young (older brother of Angus & Malcolm) & Harry Vanda (from the Easybeats) produced these tracks, recorded at Albert Studios in Sydney, Australia.
AC/DC - Powerage
2003 LP reissue on 180-gram vinyl. The final collaboration of the Bon Scott era with producers Harry Vanda and George Young delivered a fourth album of hard-rockin' fun from AC/DC. Loaded with sex, drugs, satanic panic and plenty of fight, it remains an iconic album from 1978. The album boasts the hit songs "Rock 'N' Roll Damnation," "Riff Raff," "Sin City" and "Gone Shootin'." The original album was digitally remastered for a cleaner sound in 2003 for a vinyll pressing to kill for. Crank it up for the full fury of hard rock at it's primal best. This album is a must-have for fans of the band.

Adele - 21
21 is the second studio album by English singer-songwriter Adele. It was released on 24 January 2011 in Europe and on 22 February 2011 in North America. The album was named after the age of the singer during its production. 21 shares the folk and Motown soul influences of her 2008 debut album 19, but was further inspired by the American country and Southern blues music to which she had been exposed during her 2008–09 North American tour An Evening with Adele. Composed in the aftermath of the singer's separation from her then partner, the album typifies the near dormant tradition of the confessional singer-songwriter in its exploration of heartbreak, self-examination, and forgiveness.
Adele began writing 21 in April 2009, when still involved in the relationship that subsequently inspired the record. Dissatisfied with once again portraying herself as the musical tragedian of her debut, she had intended to compose a more upbeat and contemporary follow-up. However, studio sessions ended prematurely due to a lack of inspiration. She resumed production immediately after the breakdown of her relationship, channelling her heartbreak and depression into her songs. Adele collaborated with various songwriters and producers, including Columbia Records co-president Rick Rubin, Paul Epworth, Ryan Tedder, Jim Abbiss, and Dan Wilson.
Praised by critics for its understated production, vintage aesthetic, and Adele's vocal performance, 21 defied the modest commercial expectations of her independent record label XL Recordings. The album topped the charts in more than 30 countries and became the world's best-selling album of the year for 2011 and 2012. In the United Kingdom, it is the best-selling album of the 21st century, the fourth best-selling album of all time, and the best-selling album by a solo artist of all time, while its 23-week tenure atop the UK Albums Chart is the longest by a female solo artist. In the United States, the album held the top position for 24 weeks, longer than any other album since 1985 and the longest by a female solo artist in Billboard 200 history. In addition, it had the most weeks on the Billboard 200 chart of any album by a woman. It was certified Diamond by the RIAA and was ranked as the "Greatest Billboard 200 Album of All Time."
Five singles were released to promote the album, with "Rolling in the Deep," "Someone like You" and "Set Fire to the Rain" becoming international number-one songs, while "Rumour Has It" charted in the top 20 across Europe and North America. Globally, 21 was the biggest selling musical release for both 2011 and 2012, and helped revitalise lagging sales of the UK and US music industry. With over 31 million copies sold worldwide,21 is one of the best-selling albums of all time and the best-selling album of the 21st century. Critics hailed the album as a shift from the overtly sexual and musically bombastic status quo, and attributed its success to its deeply autobiographical yet universal songs. Shortlisted for the 2011 Mercury Prize, 21 won the 2012 Grammy Award for Album of the Year and the Brit Award for British Album of the Year.
Adele - 25
25 is the third studio album by English singer-songwriter Adele, released on 20 November 2015 by XL Recordings and Columbia Records. Issued nearly five years after her previous album, the internationally successful 21 (2011), the album is titled as a reflection of her life and frame of mind at 25 years old and is termed a "make-up record". Its lyrical content features themes of Adele "yearning for her old self, her nostalgia", and "melancholia about the passage of time" according to an interview with the singer by Rolling Stone, as well as themes of motherhood and regret. In contrast to Adele's previous works, the production of 25 incorporated the use of electronic elements and creative rhythmic patterns, with elements of 1980s R&B and organs. Like when recording 21, Adele worked with producer and songwriter Paul Epworth and Ryan Tedder, along with new collaborations with Max Martin and Shellback, Greg Kurstin, Danger Mouse, the Smeezingtons, Samuel Dixon, and Tobias Jesso Jr.
25 received generally positive reviews from critics, who commended Adele's vocal performance and the album's production. It was a massive commercial success, debuting at number one in 32 countries and breaking first-week sales records in multiple countries, including the United Kingdom and United States. In the US, the album sold over 3.38 million copies in its first week of sales, marking the largest single-week sales for an album since Nielsen SoundScan began tracking point-of-sale music purchases in 1991. 25 eventually became the world's best-selling album of the year for 2015, with 17.4 million copies sold within the year,[3] and has gone on to sell over 22 million copies worldwide, making it one of the best-selling albums of all time, and the fourth-best selling album of the 21st century. Following 21, it was certified Diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), denoting sales of 10 million copies in the US, making Adele the only artist of the 2010s to achieve this certification with two albums.
Globally, 25 was the biggest-selling music release in 2015 and 2016, with many journalists crediting it with impacting the music industry by encouraging a renewed interest in buying physical releases rather than downloading or streaming; much like 21, it was also credited for saving the dwindling sales of the UK and US music industry. 25 received the BRIT Awardfor British Album of the Year, while its lead single "Hello" won British Single of the Year at the 2016 Brit Awards. It also won the 2017 Grammy Awards for Album of the Year, and Best Pop Vocal Album; "Hello" also won Grammys for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance. To promote the album, Adele embarked on her third worldwide concert tour, Adele Live 2016. It started on 29 February 2016 and ended on 30 June 2017.

Aerosmith - Toys In The Attic
Boston's bad boys were back with a vengeance on their third studio album, 1975's "Toys in the Attic." This is the big one that opened them up to an international audience. Scoring big with the #36-peaking "Sweet Emotion" and the sexy, swaggering "Walk this Way," which hit the #10 spot, "Toys in the Attic"was certified gold in just four months. It has since gone platinum... eight times over. To say lead singer Steven Tyler matured at anything might sound like a contradiction, as his reputation is notorious, but he came into his own as a songwriter with the band on this album. Teaming with producer Jack Douglas, Aerosmith hit their stride recording at the Record Plant in New York. All of their songs were original, except for their cover of "Big Ten Inch Record," a 1952 blues song recorded by Bullmoose Jackson. This 2013 reissue of "Toys in the Attic" is an individually numbered limited edition of 5,000 albums. It is pressed on 180-gram vinyl for audiophile-quality sound.
