Morrissey details his life before fame and after. From the creation of the Smiths to his solo career and beyond, Morrissey records how the events of his life occurred and the ways in which the events influence one another. He also spends a lot of this book talking about his values as an animal protectionist, and how his subsequent fame has garnered him innumerable awards and recognition across the globe. This is an interesting look into how Morrissey views and wants to depict himself.
